1. To educate persons about issues affecting the equality of individuals in SVG.
2. To be a voice for vulnerable and discriminated groups in SVG.
3. To promote equality and non-discrimination in SVG.
4. To advocate for legal reform such as but not limited to:
(i) Constitutional reform;
(ii) Criminal law reform; 
(iii) Anti-Discrimination laws;
(iv) Sexual Harassment Laws; and
(v) Domestic implementation of international human rights treaties.
 

1. Monitor human rights issues affecting women, children, the LGBTQIA+ community, and persons with disabilities in SVG;
2. Attend meetings with local, regional, and international persons and/or organizations in relation to human rights issues;
3. Host public meetings, consultations, sessions, workshops, seminars,  symposiums, summits and/or conferences on human rights issues;
4. Publish articles, press releases, and/or statements on human rights issues;
5. Conduct research on human rights issues;
6. Carry out social media campaigns on human rights issues;
7. Giving advice to victims of violence and discrimination;
