Equal Rights, Access and Opportunities SVG Inc. (ERAO SVG) intersectionality promotes and advocates for human rights based on our four (4) main thematic areas:

• Women's Rights;

• Children's Rights;

• LGBTQIA+ Rights; and

• Disability Rights.

Under the thematic area of "LGBTQIA+ Rights", ERAO SVG historically launched Pride SVG in 2023 in collaboration with the Office of the Resident British Commission. Due to the negative conditions surrounding LGBTQIA+ rights in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), ERAO SVG puts a heavy focus on this thematic area as we are currently the only organization in SVG with a public mandate to promote LGBTQIA+ rights.

Apart from ERAO SVG's thematic areas, we also work intersectionally on Climate Justice through our Climate Justice SVG initiative. Through this initiative we educate Vincentians on the intersection between human rights and climate change.​​
